Bill Ashker 

Bill Ashker currently is the owner and designated broker of “Real Living Property for You”. Bill has been, and continues to be very involved in the real estate community. He is presently President for the Arizona Regional Multiple Service (ARMLS), a Director on the Board for Arizona Association of REALTORS and Treasurer for West Maricopa County Regional Association of Realtors (WeMAR).  Bill has also worked as a committee member on the Industry Partners Conference. Bill has hosted a real estate industry radio show “Real Estate from A to Z” since 2006.

Bill lives in Goodyear AZ with his wife Irene who has recently retired after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.

Roger Nelson

Born and raised in the Valley of the Sun, Roger is familiar with the Phoenix area.   He spent the last 15 years involved in a number of activities and positions related to real estate, including property management and risk management consulting.

In 2004, he accepted the responsibility of Chief Executive Officer of the Glendale-West Maricopa Board of REALTORS.  In 2006, Roger was instrumental in the merger of the Glendale Board with the Lake Pleasant Regional Association of REALTORS.  Thus, the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS was founded.  Currently the fourth largest REALTOR association in Arizona, WeMAR has approximately 6,000 members.

Roger loves the business of REALTOR associations.  What excites him most about his role in the association is that it allows him to help WeMAR members and the community as a whole.
